For years now my L4 prolapsed disc and my left shoulder labrum tear has hindered my progress in Jiu Jitsu and Bodybuilding, not to mention my everyday life. Please, do yourself a favour, pick up the phone and book your first session with Dominic at Theorem Fitness. You will not regret it. I went to Dom to help with back tightness and to get more mobility overall. I had 2 sessions with him per week for about 3 months. I have tried all sorts of exercise classes, therapy sessions prescribed by orthopedic doctors, chiropractors, trainers at the gym, and always same tightness and pain and frankly I had almost given up. With Dom’s sessions I never hesitated about showing up, and crucially for me, I never checked the clock during each session. Dominic really takes the time to build a strong rapport with all of his clients and gets to know them and their goals. He is incredibly supportive, I never left with more pain, always less. He tailors every session, so it never gets boring and the chat and banter makes it fly by. For me, the sessions were amazing and also helped to me alleviate stress, anxiety, and most importantly pain. Can't recommend HIM highly enough.
